ButtLess, with a new range of products strives to be the No:1 choice for medium sized businesses, major corporations and governmental institutions around the world wishing to sponsor 'anti-cigarette litter' campaigns.
The company was formed in the UK in 2007 by Ricky AUDAIN after being inspired by the level of commitment to supporting 'anti-cigarette litter' campaigns by the Australian government, businesses and environmental organisations. Cigarette litter is a major problem for countries who depend on rain water reservoirs. Scientific research shows that 1 cigarette butt is enough to contaminate 100 litres of water.
We recently supplied a city in Florida who were having the same problems as they too rely on rainwater reservoirs for their water. Too few city governments see cigarette litter as a serious problem but we are always happy to talk with them to highlight what is seemingly an invisible environmental threat.
Smokers and non-smokers alike are increasingly aware of the environmental impact of cigarette litter.
